LGBTQ 101's are one hour workshops students, faculty, and staff are able to request for campus departments, campus offices, student organizations, Greek organizations, residence hall communities, or any other campus group. Requestors are able to work one on one with LGBT Campus Resource Center staff to tailor the content of the workshop to the requesting group's needs.
Examples of frequently requested workshops include:
- LGBTQ 101: Understanding the acronym, language, identity, and inclusion
- Trans 101: Understanding trans identities, gender pronouns, and how to support trans students on campus
- Identity and Affirming Space: How physical LGBTQ spaces can play critical roles in supporting LGBTQ students
